St. Charles County DWI Lawyer

St. Charles County Circuit Court is the 11th Judicial Circuit in Missouri and home to a quickly increasing number of cases on its dockets each year. It is located in St. Charles City, Missouri just off of I-70 and 5th Street at 300 North Second Street, St. Charles, MO 63301.

With rapid growth St. Charles County has a population of about 400,000 people, making it the third largest county in Missouri. It is also one of the oldest settled areas West of the Mississippi River, with St. Charles City itself recognized as the third-oldest city in Missouri.

St. Charles County Circuit Court boasts a high case volume per year, including approximately 8,000 new criminal cases filed in 2025. For DWI charges, in 2023 alone around 782 DWI cases were filed.
